Job Description:
- Soldering electronic components – according to IPC standards.
Requirements:
- Good level of Hebrew.
- English reading and comprehension skills.
- Experience in soldering within the field of fine electronics – CLASS 1 + 2.
- Responsibility for identifying products in production according to their status (defective, pending, approved).
- Responsibility for meeting delivery targets as required by the line supervisor.
- Responsibility for reading and implementing work instructions as needed.
- Basic knowledge of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) components.
- Willingness to work overtime and in shifts.
- High discipline and good interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and tidiness skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong work ethic, diligence, responsibility, and dedication.
