Job Description:
- Oversee the production process from a quality perspective
- Performing investigations relating to problems in quality
- Effective advancement and handling of ongoing activities in the company
- Handling of customer complaints – conducting inquiries for the purpose of determining remedial solutions
- Performing testing to improve and upgrade process performance
- Drafting of company procedures
- Certifying and approving: ECOs, drawings, specifications and batches for production
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – Mandatory
- Experience in a similar position – Mandatory
- Experience working in an industrial and medical company – Significant advantage
- Demonstrating leadership, assertiveness, and good people skills
