Job Description:
- The SMT Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining SMT equipment to assemble electronic components used in medical devices.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or IPC certification is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience operating SMT equipment, preferably in the medical device or high-reliability electronics industry.
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards (Class 2 or Class 3 preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Basic understanding of ESD safety practices.
- Willingness to work in cleanroom conditions and follow strict hygiene protocols.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as required.
