Job Description:
- Diagnostic & Troubleshooting: Diagnose faults in electronic boards rejected during Final Test, Functional Testing, AOI, or ICT.
- Component‑Level Repair: Perform component-level repairs (SMT / THT) in accordance with established procedures and industry standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate electronic test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and dedicated jigs.
- Technical Literacy: Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical specifications, and work instructions.
- Documentation: Record malfunctions, repair actions, and results in the company’s internal systems.
- Process Improvement: Report recurring faults and escalate issues to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education: Practical Engineer / Electronics Technician – Advantage.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in testing and/or repairing electronic boards – Mandatory.(Relevant hands-on experience gained through internal training is acceptable even without a formal degree.)
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic test equipment – Mandatory.
- Specialized Knowledge: Experience with Final Test (BDS) and internal industry certifications – Significant advantage.
- Technical Skills: Ability to work with delicate SMT components.
- Language: Technical English – Advantage.
- Problem Solving: Strong diagnostic and technical problem‑solving abilities.
- Personal Attributes: High precision, patience, attention to detail, personal responsibility, and the ability to work independently.
